LEVEL 1, KIDS AND FREE TRIAL
Kids 5-11
We take time to make sure our kids are learning life lessons, creating valuable friendships, learning how to be come leaders, how to deal confidently with bullying and most of all to have fun.
Our Kids Muay Thai classes are welcoming, family friendly and safe. For the trial you will not need any gear, we have kids gloves at the gym. You will need to get your own if you decide to get a membership.
MUAY THAI FOR GIRLS

Muay Thai at L9G teaches females from a young age to be brave, to be empowered, how to communicate and how to build each other up as a team of female champions. Nowhere else in Timaru or the South Island are New Zealand's current champions working alongside young female students. Lucky Nine Gym has always prioritized its females of all ages to become the best in New Zealand, this success has been created through strong teamwork and inclusiveness of ALL our girls.

Level 1 Teens/Adults
Level 1 Teen and Adults classes are combined. This class is a combination of learning the fundamentals of Muay Thai. Students will learn the footwork, basic striking and defense of the sport.
The class involves working in pairs for pad work, hitting the bags and exercise with the anxiety of being a newbie and not knowing what to do taken away by clear instruction and being able to have a laugh.
Days and Times Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 - 6:45pm
Cost
Level 1 - $15 weekly via Direct Debt. 6 month term
Level 1 - $20 weekly via Direct Debt. 3 month term
5-11 Kids $10 weekly via Direct Debt. 3 month term
There is a $15 joining fee. This is to be set up after your 2nd trial class
Booking A Trial Our 1st trial classes are Tuesdays, after that your 2nd trial class will be the Thursday of the same week, after this a membership will be required.
