We are stoked that you have completed your TRIAL CLASSES and are ready to join .
Before you do, here's what you need to know.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through Ezidebit. (via Gym Master)
Late payment fees will incur a $9.00 fee.
All membership fees include GST
Prices may change (you'll be notified in advance)
CLOSURES
The gym is closed for two weeks over Christmas, and on public holidays. Memberships continue as normal during this time.
TRAINING GEAR
You will need your own gear after your trial
MEMBERSHIP HOLDS
Holds are only allowed for medical reasons (4+ weeks)
GYM RULES
Non training members must sit quietly or wait outside
Children must stay seated with a parent - no mat access - clean up all food and spills
No walking in and out of class unless necessary
No phone calls inside the gym
No filming or photos without permission
All classes begin and end with karakia
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR:
Sideline coaching
Disrespect to coaches or members
Bullying or disruptive behavior
If needed, students may be sat out of class
Cameras operate throughout the gym for safety
Children must be collected by a parent
CANCELLATIONS
Request via email or message anytime
30 days notice required
Final payments (including missed ones) will be processed
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Membership may be cancelled for:
Disrespect. bullying or misconduct
Misrepresentation of the gym (online or in person)
Unsafe behavior or loss of emotional control
Inappropriate behavior toward members, their families or staff
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Adults (17+) 2 classes weekly - $40.25 weekly
Adults (17+) unlimited classes - $63.25 weekly
Fighters - $115 weekly (one on one with Scott, invite only)
Youth (4-16) 1 class weekly - $23 weekly
Youth 2 classes weekly - $34 weekly
Youth unlimited classes - $46 weekly
