Lucky Nine Gym Signing Up Information

We are delighted that you have completed your TRIAL CLASSES and are ready to join Lucky Nine Gym. 

Before you do, here are some of the main things you need to know and the link to our community chat where we update things daily regarding classes or upcoming dates to remember.

PRICING AND FEES

All membership fees are collected by our third party direct debit service Ezidebit. via Gym Master.

Any late payment fees will incur a $9.00 late payment fee. 

All membership fees are GST inclusive.

​Prices are subject to change, we will of course notify you by email should this happen well in advance.

CLOSURES

The gym is closed for two weeks over Christmas. Memberships continue as normal.

TRAINING GEAR

You will need your own gear once your trial is finished. 

​

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS

We do not allow holds unless medical reasons prevent training and will be longer than 4 weeks.

GYM RULES

Anyone not training must be quietly seated or is free to wait elsewhere, this includes students waiting on the next class.  Small children must be seated with a parent and are not allowed on the floor. Parents must refrain from coming in and out of the building during class and limit walking around on the mats. Please DO NOT talk on your phone in the gym. Phones are not permitted for filming, photography or social media of any student without the permission of the student and gym management.

All classes start and finish with a non religious Karakia.

SIDELINE COACHING of children or negative comments about a coach face instant membership termination. We expect any poor behavior of children to be addressed, and we will not tolerate excessive disruptive behavior from any student. If this is your child we expect you to respect our decisions to sit the child out for the rest of the class, and that you will address this behavior with your child at any stage we need you to.  

Please note we have cameras running that cover the gym training areas and entrances. They are movement activated. Children will not be permitted to leave the building without a parent.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

Can be requested via email or messenger at anytime. There is a 30 day notification period, at the end of which your payments including any outstanding missed payments will be collected and membership will be cancelled.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

The gym will terminate any membership where a member has misrepresented the gym, this can be via social media, gossip, criminal activity, bullying, inappropriate use of recording devices, not controlling ones emotions during class OR at an event the gym is involved with, being disrespectful to any of the coaching staff or other members, giving unwanted attention or advances to other members, coaching staff or guests. ​​
