Welcome to our adult classes! We offer two distinct groups: beginners and intermediate. Our beginner groups provide a supportive environment for those new to the gym or only training once a week, while our intermediate group challenge experienced members to hone their skills and learn new techniques. Join us to enhance your fitness journey, no matter your starting point!
CURRICULum
FUNDAMENTALS
No fitness requirements, Shadow boxing, focus mitts, kick shields, basic defense, basic clinch. Fundamental striking technique. no combos. This is a entry level class free of anxiety of feeling a bit lost. ALL new members no matter the experience must start here.
INTERMEDIATE AFTER 3 MONTHS
Thai pads, bag work, shadow boxing, clinch. Introduction to sparring etiquette, footwork, basic 2 strike combos. Focus on learning how to hold pads properly. Fundamental class members need to show a certain level of understanding and be able to explain why things are done and how.
FIGHTERS
Invite only. Fighters only. Working one on one with a coach, bag work, sparring, clinch. This class has a minimum standard of expectations.

FIGHTERS
Monday - Thursday 7:00 PM
First 20 mins from 6:00 PM is a team run followed by 10 mins skipping/tyres. Shadow boxing for 10 mins and clinch until 7 Pads/Sparring/Bags. Paired Thai pads. Main fighters 1/1 with Scott. This is the standard expectation for all in this class.

Memberships are for a minimum of 1 month after the trial period. The gym shuts for 2 weeks over Xmas, during this period memberships run as normal. After 1-month memberships can be cancelled any time but there is a 30-day notice period.
